The Customer Screen
The customer screen provides a central location to control and evaluate your customers.

Note that the screen is divided into 10 sub-pages. These pages are controlled by the buttons at the bottom.
The first screen, called Basic Info, provides a place to enter the location information about the customer. Like most of the pages it is view only so that accidental entries can not be made. To enter info to it press the Basic Info button. This brings up a similar screen which may be used to enter or edit info.
Note that map and grid info are desigened for map books. However, these books very by location.
The Retention box lets you put in a standard retention percentage for this customer.
The job sites area lets you store unlimited job sites. These are locations where work is done for a specific customer. Each site may have a separate contact, tax
code, and phone number. Site Numbers are required. To add a site press the Add Site button. Sites may also be edited or deleted.

The Add Site screen is as follows

The next tab is financial info. Here you enter default job codes, tax codes, credit limits and the like. Customer totals are also shown here .

The comments tab opens a free form text entry box. You may enter as much data as you wish here.

The next tab is job info. Jobs are not loaded till the first time the page is opened. This screen shows the jobs that have been opened for this customer. Double clicking a job brings up the view screen.

Note the remove B address and select B address buttons. There work with the Billing Address tab. Billing addresses differ from job sites in that a billing address may not be the customer. For instance a management company might hire the same service company to do work for a number of its clients. In this case each client would be responsible for its own bills but all would have the bill sent to the same address.

When a billing address is selected it shows in the billing address page.

Like the Job tab the data for the invoice info tab is not retrieved until the tab is opened. (This increase the speed that the forms loads at.)

Invoices differ from jobs in that these are the actual bills. A WIP job may have more then one invoice attached to it.
The Equipment screen shows equipment that you will to know about that the customer has.

Equipment may be added when invoicing a work order. When invoicing listed equipment may be recorded as serviced.
The next tab is the payments screen.

Drill down is not available for this screen.
The final screen is the ledger screen

A unique point about this screen is that the ledger may be printed. The ledger shows all non-voided items that have been done for this customer in the order in which they happened. If you wish to print a criteria screen will appear that allows you to select a specific date range for the report. Reports may be displayed printed or sent to Excel. It looks as follows:
